HK Global Exim acts as a facilitator and exporter, based on buyer requirements.

 Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate product specifications and requirements
   
• Confirm samples, quality, and pricing before order placement
   
• Comply with import laws, duties, and regulations of the destination country
   
• Make payments as per agreed terms and timelines

• All prices are quoted based on buyer requirements and market conditions
   
• Prices may vary due to raw material, freight, or regulatory changes
   
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms before shipment unless otherwise stated

• Samples are provided for approval wherever applicable
   
• Once samples or specifications are approved, bulk supply will follow the same standards
   
• Minor variations may occur due to natural or manufacturing processes

• Shipment timelines depend on production, documentation, and logistics
   
• Delays caused by customs, port congestion, weather, or force majeure are not the responsibility of HK Global Exim
   
• Risk transfers as per agreed Incoterms

• Order cancellations are subject to supplier terms and production status
   
• Advance payments may be non-refundable once procurement or production has started
   
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of incurred costs

HK Global Exim shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
   
• Delays caused by third parties or regulatory authorities
   
• Changes in import/export laws of destination countries
   

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service provided.

All business discussions, documents, pricing, and communication shared with HK Global Exim are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law. 

HK Global Exim shall not be held responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or logistical disruptions. 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. 

HK Global Exim reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
